TERROIR
Our grapes ripen at an altitude of between 350 and 500 meters, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and cooled by the Pyrenees. This unique dual influence, specific to the Aude Valley, gives them their delicate aroma.
WINE MAKING
Aged on lees for 12 months.
TASTING AND PAIRINGS
This cuvée has a clear, golden color and fine bubbles. On the palate, delicate citrus notes dominate this aromatic and fresh Crémant de Limoux.
